Ñäåëàëà õóììóñ èç êèê ãîðîõà, à òàì 61 ã o.O  â 100ã. ïðèäåòñÿ òîëüêî ïî ëîæå÷êå.. îëèâêîâîì ìàñëå íåò óãë, íîëü, v syre 0, ili malo sovsem.

Íàøëà ñàèò ãäå âñ¸ ïîäñ÷èòàíî. Õóäåþ â ãðóïïå ïðèÿòåëåé, âñå ñèäèì íà îäíîé äèåòå  :cool:

âàðèøü âûìî÷åííûé êèê, ìåøàåø ñ òàõèíè, äîáàâë, ñâåæèé ÷åñíîê ïðåññåä, ñîëü è ñâåæèé ëèìîííûé ñîê, â êîíöå îëèâêîå ìàñëî, è ìèêñåðîì âñ¸. Äåëàè íà ïðîáó ïîìåíýøå, îò íåãî òàê íàåäàåøüñÿ, íî ìíå íåëüçÿ ÿ íà íèçêîóãëåâîäíîè.

40 íå ìàëî, â ðûáå ìÿñå, ñûðå íåò íè îäíîãî æå,, ÷óâñòâóþ ñåáÿ ãîðàçäî ëó÷å è ÷òî ñòðàííî íà ñëàäêîå ñîâñåì íå òÿíåò, âñå çàìå÷àþò, ñåè÷àñ æå óæå ïåðåñìàòðèâàþò òàæå â çäðàâîîõðàíåíèè ñòàðûå ðåêîìåíäàöèè ïî ëåãêèì ïðîäóêòàì, îíè îêàçûâàþòñÿ íå òàêèå óæ ïîëåçíûå, è óò íèõ íå õóäåþò à æèðåþò âñå :D
